This is very useful information for the freshers/newcomers, who are new in this industry. I'll tell the day to day life experiences which we faces with transport departments in BPO company.
(1) In the BPO industry, every company has it own transport policy. But their some general rules and regulation/customs which every companies follows.
Suppose you've missed your cab by any reason. let's say you were in the call, you were taking chat. Customer is not willing to go very easily. Then in that case either you transfer the chat or take call your own.
Transport department wiill not arrange the new cab for the employee.
